Six new participants have joined the project since the last major website update in February. The test results for three of these participants have been added to the website. Britton Brooks Dennis was added to Dennis Family Group 6, Jon Edward Dennis was added to Dennis Family Group 4, and David Dale Dennis was added to Dennis Family Group 1. Test results for the other three new participants are expected in the coming weeks.

New Donation Received
Special thanks to John Allen Dennis for his recent contribution to the Project General Fund. John is a member of Dennis Family Group 1.
New Results Posted!
Test results have been received for three new project participants. Two of these new members, Robert Earl Dennis and Chester Dennis, have been added to Dennis Family Group 3. The third new participant, Robert Keith Dennis, has a genetic match with Robert Wayne Dennis, a current member of the Unassigned Group. This is fantastic news, and a new group, Dennis Family Group 7, has been created for these two project participants. All family group pages and Relationship Charts have been updated to reflect the new information.
New Donation
This is a special thank you to Don and Ann Dennis for their donation to the Dennis Surname DNA Project General Fund. Don is a member of Dennis Family Group 3, and the donation was made in memory of his father, Karie Leo Dennis.
First Donation to the General Fund!
A special thanks goes to Eileen Davis for the first donation to our project's General Fund. Eileen said that she believes in the importance of the project and strongly encourages others to make donations if at all possible. Her cousin is a member of Family Group 6, and the donation was made in memory of their earliest known Dennis ancestor, John W. Dennis (born about 1825 in PA). |
